What size should I order?


All of our styles are built according to the established industry standards for fit and sizing. We recommend buying your normal size for all our styles; Please see the size chart on each product page.


How do I take care of my GivKind socks?

The lifespan can vary depending on the way you handle and care for your socks.  For our socks, we recommend a washing temperature of 40°C/104°F.
All socks should be turned inside out, and bleaching or ironing should be avoided. Even though our socks are durable, they will last longer if they are kept out of the tumble dryer.

How long will it take to receive my order?

At GivKind, we work hard to make sure you can get your order as soon as possible. Generally, you will receive your order 3-5 business days domestically, or 5-7 business days internationally. Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email.  When your order has shipped and is in transit, you will receive an additional email with tracking details.


How do I return or exchange my order?

You can return or exchange all products you have purchased from www.givkind.com within 30 days of receiving them for a full refund or exchange. All returned or exchanged must be unused with labels and originally packaging intact.
As soon as we receive your return shipment, we will process your request and send you an email confirmation. Please note that we can not cover return shipping costs and you are responsible for items lost in shipping.

How long does a refund or exchange take to process?

Once your return or exchange is received and inspected. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned and exchanged item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We will do our best to process your request as soon as we can. For more details, please see return and exchange policy.

Do I need to sign up for an account to place an order?  

No you do not.  You can shop and checkout as either a guest or log in to your account.  


Does GivKind accept payment in currencies other than US dollars?

You can pay in your local currency. Exchange rates will be adjusted accordingly.
